its important i already have hasp HL NET 
BUT STILL NOT CONNECT WITH MY APPLICATION

Hi
I contact sales man and he said no interface for
Oracle 6i with hasp net key
G
And said gamelto company made interface for ony oracle 10g
And i should find external developer to make interface for oracle 6i to calling dll in c programming to solutiin
This case

hi all customers 
no one know how to call api c runtime this dll file from oracle 6i 
if anyone using oracle 6i plz help me to call hasp dll file from oracle 6i forms

or telling me 
status = hasp_login(feature, vendor_code, &handle);

hasp_login return         *int
feature   return             int 
vendor_code return     *char
handle return               *long
is this correct or no

hi 
one thing else please may this help me 
i called dll file this dll using pow function 

double(x,y,z)
z=pow(x,y) 

okay i called it cause i understand it 
parameter for this (x return double ,y return double ) function name is pow 
and i return value as double 

so 
now i have function in hasp dll and i will say what i understand from it and telling me if i'm correct or wrong cause i call it but didnt return value

hasp_status_t HASP_CALLCONV hasp_login(hasp_feature_t feature_id, 
                hasp_vendor_code_t vendor_code,
                hasp_handle_t *handle);

what i understand funcation name is hasp_login 
parameters1     feature_id                return unsigned int 
parameters2     vendor_code           return void*
parameters3       *handle                  return unsigned int 
okay 
but hasp_login name of function i know this return enum 
this enum return int or int* or double or double* or char or char* or long or long* or short or short* or void or void* 

cause oracle call this type of variables not enum 

so please help i'm near to make it work

wish you are fine always 
i wrote some thing may be this help in this case 
i wrote that we can make the code generated from hasp by c language as  DLL file 
then i can call this DLL file through oracle forms 
but im not working by c language to make it 
i wish if this can help to support me to solve this case

i make feature 8 and define it for 5 user 
so can i change and update this define for the same feature for 10 user

How I can find key from "Use vendor code from file"?

Hello,

I am very new to Sentinel LDK. I tried to follow instruction from document but I have some questions below

1) I want to Envelop programs. When I select "Sentinel Vendor Code" I found DEMO file "DEMOMA.hvc" I have no idea how I can select (Browse ) my vendor code? 

2) In "Sentinel Master wizard" I have no idea how can I have login username/password.

Due to my distributor is in Thailand and they asked me to contact support portal here. Will you please help? My laptop can be access remotely.

Thanks for raising the concern.

Please find your answers on the raised points below.

1) I want to Envelop programs. When I select "Sentinel Vendor Code" I found DEMO file "DEMOMA.hvc" I have no idea how I can select (Browse ) my vendor code? 

The vendor code needs the be introduced with the introduction of master key. The vendor code ".hvc" would get generated upon the successful introduction of the master key. The same can be used with the Sentinel Envelope for protection.


2) In "Sentinel Master wizard" I have no idea how can I have login username/password.

The username/password for master wizard is same as of Sentinel EMS. The default username is "admin" and its password is also "admin".
I am attaching a template demonstrating the process of master key introduction. It might help as a reference.

However, if you still face any issues or have any queries then please ask your distributor to reach our support team to open a case for your assistance.

I managed to get vendor code by following your instruction. I have 2 HL Time. Will you please provide related  document/user guide/example on how to config HL time "to set expiration time"?

Hello Nitirat,

Thanks for the response.

Based on your query, I am sharing another template to demonstrate the process for burning an HL key.
Here we need to select the required "expiration date based" option in the step of "configuring license terms".

Here, we would require to provide the end date in the "expiration date" tab.

You may consider to schedule a basic training on the Sentinel LDK SDK. Otherwise, you could alternatively choose to go through the training videos available for user's learning.

For this, kindly reach your distributor/provider to facilitate the same.
